Last updated: October 10, 2026
NerveCalm lists five herbal ingredients. The bottle front names marshmallow root, corydalis, passion flower and California poppy; prickly pear completes the blend. Amounts below are as reported from the label.
| Ingredient | Reported amount | Traditional use |
|---|---|---|
| Passion flower | 145 mg | Calm, sleep |
| Marshmallow root | 110 mg | Soothing |
| Corydalis yanhusuo | 100 mg | Pain relief in Chinese medicine |
| Prickly pear 20:1 | 50 mg | Antioxidant |
| California poppy seed | 45 mg | Calm, sleep |
Corydalis yanhusuo
Corydalis is used in traditional Chinese medicine for pain. Its compound dehydrocorybulbine showed pain-relieving effects in animal studies. Rare reports link corydalis products to liver injury.
Passion flower and California poppy
Both are mild calming herbs. Small trials support passion flower for anxiety; California poppy is traditionally used for sleep. They may help you relax, which can make discomfort feel less intrusive.
Marshmallow root
Marshmallow root is a soothing, mucilage-rich herb best known for the throat and gut. There is no research on nerve repair.
Prickly pear
Prickly pear is a cactus fruit rich in antioxidants and may modestly lower blood sugar, which matters for people with diabetes-related nerve symptoms.
